Find Your Inner Child

Use this meditation to seek out and find the youngest child ego-state that presents itself. Maybe around 4, 5, or 6 years old. This is a great way to explore your inner landscape of self, get to know this part first as it holds the core emotional wounds. Use the Timeline session to meet other, older versions of the inner child. Take notes and use the Integrative Journaling Process to get to know this and many other versions of the younger you.

Put on your headphones, turn the sound down to a comfortable level, and settle into a comfortable position, then listen a few times a week. The Parts in Harmony program is for those who want to spend some time re-configuring their inner landscape of personality. We all have many different parts. Many of us have wondered “Why do I do that?!” Inner conflicts demonstrate what happens when one part of us wants to do one thing and another part wants to do something else. 

This program is designed to help in getting the parts to pull as a team, vs fighting over each other. The program needs to be part of a healthy lifestyle, not a magic bullet that is all you need. And remember to use it three times a week minimum for 4 to 6 weeks. You may experience benefits from the very first time, or you may experience incremental changes over an extended period of time.

It is great to use after a therapy or coaching session and any other time you are making changes with personal growth. ESPECIALLY useful when you have set a goal for just about anything.
